Settings

Step 1: Understand the Purpose

  1. The Basic Settings Page allows admins to configure core behaviours of the Papex application.
  2. These settings affect how data is saved, how notifications are handled, and whether data is pushed to external APIs.

Step 2: Configure Auto-Save

  1. Locate the Auto_save setting.
  2. Toggle the switch to On to enable automatic saving of extracted data.
    • When enabled, data is saved without manual intervention.
  3. Toggle to Off to save data manually.

Step 3: Manage Notifications

  1. Find the Notifications setting.
  2. Toggle the switch to On to receive alerts for important updates.
  3. Toggle to Off to disable notifications.

Step 4: Control API Push

  1. Locate the Api_push setting.
  2. Toggle the switch to On to automatically push extracted data to an external API during processing.
  3. Toggle to Off to disable API integration.
