Admin Access

Admins have full control over the platform and tenant-specific configurations. They can manage users, configure services, and access all system-level settings

Accessible Pages:

  1. Dashboard – View analytics and activity across all users.
  2. Service – Upload documents and get the JSON data.
  3. Transaction – Monitor and manage document processing history.
  4. Template – Create, edit, and assign extraction templates.
  5. Settings Page
    • Settings – Configure tenant-level preferences.
    • Rule Manager – Define automation rules and triggers.
    • External API Integration – Set up webhooks and third-party APIs.
  6. User Manager – Create, edit, and deactivate users within the tenant.
  7. API Keys & Client Secret – Generate and manage secure credentials for API access.

Capabilities:

  • Create and manage users for their company (tenant).
  • Assign roles and permissions.
  • Upload documents and get the JSON data via the Service page.
  • Configure services and integrations.
  • Define rules and automation workflows.
  • Access all uploaded documents and templates.
  • Monitor system-wide activity and logs.
